Order Cancellation
Cancellation After Order: You can cancel your order within 24 hours after the payment process is completed. To do this, simply contact our customer service.
Personalized Products: For personalized products, orders can be cancelled before they go into production. Cancellations cannot be made for products that have already been produced.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Period: You can return your products within 14 days after delivery. For returns, products must be unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories.
Personalized Products: Returns are not accepted for products with special designs or personalization.
Faulty or Missing Products: We offer free exchange or return for faulty, missing or damaged products. In these cases, you can contact our customer service and initiate the necessary procedure.
Return Process

Once the return is approved, you will be sent the necessary shipping information.
After the product reaches us, it is inspected and the refund is completed within 7 business days.
Your payment will be refunded to the payment method you used at the time of ordering.
Return Shipping Fees
Shipping costs for faulty or damaged products are covered by Woxom.
In other cases, the return shipping fee belongs to the customer.
